Showroom Sales Associate & Marketing Intern
Part-Time | Summerland, CA | $18/hr + Commission

Heidi Merrick is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate who will also assist our Marketing Team across all digital marketing funnels. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both fashion and brand storytelling, working at the intersection of sales, marketing, and creative.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and stylists in the Heidi Merrick showroom, providing exceptional, personalized service

• Support all showroom operations, including inventory, merchandising, and client outreach

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email, social, and digital campaigns

• Help with content creation, photoshoots, influencer outreach, and campaign analytics

• Bring fresh ideas to drive engagement, traffic, and sales both in-store and online

Qualifications:

• Passion for fashion, sales, and creative marketing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Comfortable working weekends and showroom events

• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or social media platforms is a plus

Compensation:
$18 per hour + commission on sales
