Join PALMA Colectiva and Mollie Mendoza for a Somatic + Creative Writing workshop.
The session begins with a short somatic practice (accessible for all bodies) and then journeys into both prompted and free creative writing exercises. There is space for intuition to unfold—to enjoy both freedom and form. Sharing of writings and open dialogue will be optional.
