At HEIDI MERRICK, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price is only eligible for exchange or store credit within the 30 days of purchase.
Please note all international return shipments and all return shipments including pillows must be covered by the customer and can not be fulfilled by HEIDI MERRICK.
All press pulls and purchases from stock are returnable for a 10% restocking fee.
1- REQUEST THE RETURN
Request the return by visiting our Returns page and following the instructions.
Safely pack the items you wish to return in the original package and include the invoice. If you no longer have the original packaging please follow USPS or UPS guidelines and package your items appropriately.
Affix the printed label on to the package and seal it. Make sure to cover or block out any previous shipping labels. Drop off at the nearest USPS or UPS ground location.
4-EXCHANGE CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. All items purchased on sale or during a sale qualify for exchange or store credit, unless noted as final sale. Please allow up to 30 business days for any refunds to show on your statement.
