If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with tags attached within 10 days. Merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted.
Please note International return shipments must be covered by the customer and can not be fulfilled by HEIDI MERRICK.
1- REQUEST THE RETURN
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Please email email@example.com to receive your RA number. Once an RA number is issued, you may request a printable return shipping label which will be delivered via email. All returns in original condition will be honored full purchase price minus a $15 restocking fee per item
Safely pack the items you wish to return in the original package and include the invoice. Mark the issued Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. If you no longer have the original packaging please follow UPS guidelines and package your items appropriately.
Affix the printed lable on to the package and seal it. Make sure to cover or block out any previous shipping labels. Drop off at the nearest UPS Groudn Location. To find the nearest UPS location visit www.ups.com
4-EXCHANGE CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Refunds are the full amout minus a restocking fee of 15 dollars per item. Sale items qualify for exchange or store credit, unless noted as final sale. Please allow up to 30 days for any refunds to show on your statement.
