At HEIDI MERRICK, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-priced, non-international orders within 30 days of the date purchased. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Return items must be in new condition with original tags attached. The Heidi Merrick online store cannot accept returns or exchanges from purchases made in an H. Merrick of California retail store.
Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price is only eligible for exchange or store credit within the 30 days of purchase. Sample Sale pieces are final sale.
Please note all international return shipments and all return shipments including pillows must be covered by the customer and can not be fulfilled by HEIDI MERRICK.
All press pulls and purchases from stock are returnable for a 10% restocking fee.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and receipt in hand.
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 15 business days from the day you purchased the goods for a full store credit or exchange.

H. Merrick of California retail stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from online purchases.
1- REQUEST THE RETURN
Request the return by visiting our Returns page and following the instructions.
Safely pack the items you wish to return in the original package and include the invoice. If you no longer have the original packaging please follow USPS or UPS guidelines and package your items appropriately.
Affix the printed label on to the package and seal it. Make sure to cover or block out any previous shipping labels. Drop off at the nearest USPS or UPS ground location.
4-EXCHANGE CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. All items purchased on sale or during a sale qualify for exchange or store credit, unless noted as final sale. Please allow up to 30 business days for any refunds to show on your statement.
