Return Policy

We accept unworn item(s) with the original tags attached for a refund to the original form of payment, exchange, or store credit when shipped back within 14 days of order delivery, unless otherwise noted.

Returns for a refund are subject to an $8 per-item care and handling fee, plus the actual cost of the return shipping label — both deducted from your final refund total. Choosing store credit or exchange instead waives both fees.

For online returns, visit returns.heidimerrick.com to submit your return or exchange and receive your prepaid return label.

To maintain the quality and integrity of our garments, please note:

• Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• Returns that are worn, dirty, or damaged (including makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, snags, or odors) are not eligible for a refund.
• If an item can be restored to sellable condition, store credit may be issued, less a cleaning and handling fee (typically 15%, depending on condition).
• Items that cannot be restored will be returned to the customer or responsibly donated.

Returns from different orders can be combined — please ship back all returns with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return in exchange for store credit or a product exchange only. Sale items are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is available as an add-on at checkout for a small fee. If added to your order and your package is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, we will replace the item(s) one time. Shipping protection is not refundable.

If shipping protection was not added to your order, HEIDI MERRICK is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Please note the HEIDI MERRICK offices are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Heidi Merrick Summerland Return Policy

All items purchased at Heidi Merrick Summerland are eligible for a return in the form of store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

International Returns

All orders shipping outside the US are eligible for store credit or exchange. We do not pay for international return shipping — the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns outside of the US.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow up to 4 business days of additional processing time for orders placed with Ground Shipping during and after sales, as well as during high season & launch periods. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently offer free Ground Shipping for orders totaling $300 USD or more before tax. Once your cart passes this threshold, Ground Shipping will show up automatically at checkout as an option at no cost.

International Shipping Policy

International orders shipping to all eligible destinations will be shipped via DHL. We cannot offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of receipt.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, but packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Some packages may also receive additional charges if they extend beyond average weight parameters. Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item(s) ordered, total dollar amount of order, and country of delivery. Duties & taxes are collected at checkout, but some countries may charge additional fees upon shipment entry.

UPS My Choice

If you have an active UPS My Choice account, it voids UPS' liability when it comes to lost packages. In this case, neither UPS nor HEIDI MERRICK are responsible for the lost package, nor can a claim be made.
