RETURNS

We accept returns shipped back to us within 7 days from your order date. All items must be in perfect unworn condition with tags attached.

If your order is still returned outside of the 7 day return window, a store credit will be issued. If pieces are returned with signs of wear or the tag detached, they will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. No credit or refund will be applied. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

Please note we are no longer providing free returns. $16 will be deducted from full returns for return shipping as well as a restocking fee of 3% of the total order. If you choose store credit or decide to exchange your item, we will pay for the return shipping and the 3% restocking fee will not be charged.

HOME ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED.

To initiate a return please:  

  • Log into your account with the email you placed your order with. 
  • Open the order you would like to return. 
  • Select request return in the upper right hand corner, and follow the prompts to submit your request. 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be approved. Once approved, please ship back your item with the original packing slip and return shipping label provided. 

To initiate an exchange please: 

  • Visit our exchange portal 
  • On the returns page, enter your order number and email associated with the order. Then select 'return items.' 
  • Select the items you’d like to return and or exchange. 
  • You will be directed to a confirmation page where a return label can be downloaded. If your return request is pending, we will reach out to approve the return request within 1-3 business days. 
  • Send the items being returned back along with your packing slip within 30 days of your order date

If a piece is returned with makeup on it or any signs of wear, this piece will only be eligible for a store credit via gift card, minus a 10% dry cleaning fee. 

IN STORE PURCHASES are only eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. 

Return processing may take up to 10 business days and may experience delays during high volume periods. Please allow additional processing time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

If the items you are returning were purchased with a discount code or on sale, a free return label will not be provided.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns shipped back to us within 7 days from your order date. All items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. We do not accept sale items. Returned orders will be subjected to a 3% restock fee unless returned for in store credit or an exchange. The customer pays for and arranges all international return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit. HEIDI MERRICK is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid. You can pursue a refund of duties with your local tax agencies. 

When making a return please include the initial packing slip included in your order.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Final Sale items will be indicated by text on the product page, the cart page, your order confirmation, or the packing slip you receive with your order. Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on final sale items.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Summerland Showroom (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 7 business days of additional processing time for orders placed with Ground Shipping during and after sales, as well as during season launch periods.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently offer free Ground Shipping for orders totaling $300 USD or more before tax. Once your cart passes this threshold Ground Shipping will show up automatically at checkout as an option at no cost. 
SHIPPING PROTECTION 
You have the option to add on shipping protection at checkout. For a small percentage, you can protect your package from damage, loss, or theft. If shipping protection is added on to the order, and the order is damaged, lost or stolen, HEIDI MERRICK will replace the item(s) one time. Shipping protection is not  refundable. 
Please note the HEIDI MERRICK offices are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

International customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes levied by your government once the package enters your country. Any duties or taxes levied are at the whims of your country of residence and are out of our control.

If shipping protection is added on to the order, and the order is damaged, lost or stolen, HEIDI MERRICK will replace the item(s) one time. Shipping protection is not  refundable. 

UPS MY CHOICE
If you have an active UPS MyChoice account, it does void UPS' liability when it comes to lost packages. In this case, neither UPS nor HEIDI MERRICK are responsible for the lost package, nor can a claim be made.
Heidi Merrick will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You have the option to add on shipping protection at checkout.
