Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow additional processing time during launches, sales, and high-volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free Ground Shipping applies automatically to US orders totaling $300 or more before tax.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL to all eligible destinations. Expedited shipping is not currently available for international orders. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are based on the items ordered, order total, and destination country, and are collected at checkout — though some countries may apply additional fees upon entry. Packages exceeding standard weight parameters may incur additional charges.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection can be added at checkout to cover damage, loss, or theft. If added, HEIDI MERRICK will replace the item(s) one time in the event of damage, loss, or theft. Shipping protection is non-refundable.

If you have an active UPS My Choice account, please note it voids UPS's liability for lost packages — in this case, neither UPS nor HEIDI MERRICK can be held responsible or process a claim.

Holiday Closures

Our offices are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Orders placed on these days will begin processing the next business day.
