Ingredients
Red Roses — heart-opening, calming
Hibiscus — high in Vitamin C, anti-inflammatory, promotes self-acceptance
Lavender — grounding, stress-reducing, clarity
Spearmint — soothes digestion, improves memory
Damiana — lifts mood, calms the nervous system
Blue Mallow Flower — soothes inflammation, promotes healing peace
How to Brew
Hot (per cup) — Steep 2–3 tbsp in 12 oz hot water for 10 min.
Hot (full bag) — Just-before-boil gallon of water, off heat, steep entire bag covered for 2 hours. Strain and serve.
Cold — 3 tbsp in cold water, refrigerate overnight.
Serve hot, room temp, or iced. Garnish with mint or edible flowers.

We currently offer free Ground Shipping for orders totaling $300 USD or more before tax.
We accept unworn item(s) with the original tags attached for a refund to the original form of payment, exchange, or store credit when shipped back within 7 days of order delivery.
Please note that HEIDI MERRICK charges a $8 restocking fee, per item, plus the actual cost of the return shipping label for all US returns resulting in a refund, which will be deducted from your final refund total. We do not charge the restocking fee or the return shipping fee for customers who choose the store credit or exchange options during the returns process.
