- Processing: Orders ship within 2–3 business days from California.
- Free Shipping: Applies to US orders of $300+ (before tax).
Returns & Exchanges
- Window: Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn with original tags attached.
- Sale Items: Final Sale for refunds. Eligible for store credit (gift card) or exchange ONLY.
Fees & Return Methods
- For Full Refunds: An $8 restocking fee per item + the return label cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- For Exchanges or Store Credit: Both the restocking fee and the return shipping fee are completely waived.
